Fixes

Linux

The kernel will not properly boot using default parameters as the dynamic kernel ticks do not work properly. The only workaround is to disable the power management feature by adding nohz=off to the kernel parameters in GRUB. This bug is the reason this machine was named 'hertz', as an insult to it requiring the "no hertz" kernel parameter.
