The SR015 is an early integrated circuit made by Sperry Semiconductor. The devices were manufactured around 1966, and are packaged in a 9-pin flat-pack plastic package with gold-plated leads. The device was marketed with the name "MicroNet", a term for integrated circuit before that name was settled on.
The SR015 is a dual NOR gate manufactured with resistor transistor logic. The chip features 2 independent power supply rails and can tolerate voltages upwards of 7 volts.
